We work with a number of property developers and landlords to explore differing opportunities and the commercial evolution of the leisure and retail units focused on enhancing footfall, providing a developed and ‘in line’ offering to match to customer needs. 

In some cases we have divided up units to smaller independent operators who provide take away as well as sit-down offerings which increases the overall rental returns or utilised empty units which are non-customer facing to create dark kitchens in city centres to provide additional rental returns. 

We have supported individual operators with a strategic development plans looking at growing the business through partnerships in new geographical cities or locations; this can be with the national trust, arts and culture venues to new property developments or town centre regeneration schemes.

We always see this process as an opportunity to consider additional revenue streams and an opportunity to look at other ways of doing things.
